Senior Partner
News

In keeping
with the guiding philosophy of The Principals’ Partnership—to
deliver services requested by participating principals—consultants
are currently asking Senior Partners what they need in
this new program.
“Our
goal is to collect data from Senior Partners throughout
the fall, then have the Lead Team outline services at our
December meeting,” explained Jim Hoffmann, executive
director. “This will allow us to have new activities
for our Senior Partners in 2005.”
Senior
Partners will continue to receive the same core services
as they have for the past three years, including attending
the Summer Institute every other year, being supported
by a team of personal consultants, access to research briefs
and other information on The Partnership Web site, and
regional events. New services such as expanded leadership
opportunities, ways to maintain the personal relationships
they have developed, services delivered through technology,
and others are being considered.
Senior
Partners who have not participated in meetings or individual
conversations to discuss new services should contact their
consultants if they want to suggest ideas,” Hoffmann
urged.
