The Principals’ Partnership was recognized on May 11,
2009 by the Portland Public Schools (PPS) and the High School
Principals Association.
Carole Smith, Portland’s Superintendent
spoke on behalf of all the PPS Partnership Principals about
Union Pacific’s role an excellent corporate citizen.
Sue Brent, President of the PPS High School Principals Association
and principal of Wilson High School also spoke on behalf
of all the Partnership principals and described the generosity
of Union Pacific and The Partnership's contributions to them
professionally and personally. On behalf of Union Pacific
and The Principals’ Partnership, Judy Enright accepted
an impressive clock with the inscription:
